1. The Internal Diameter Method: Take a ring that fits you well and use a school scale to measure the widest distance across the inside of the ring.

2. The "0" Rule: When using a ruler, always start measuring from the first black line (0), not the very edge of the plastic or metal, to avoid a 1–2 mm error.

3. Standard Comparison: For your reference, your Size 7 (1.8 cm) is very close to a standard Indian Size 17, which is a very popular size for women's rings.
